Annual Razz Champions Dinner
A Night To Remember .....
2022 marked the first year of what will become an on-going tradition for the Razz. Copying the annual tradition at Mike Pickett's favorite event, The Masters, the previous year's Razz Champions got together for an evening of laughs, memories, and emotion.
What happens in the room, stays in the room, but here are a few images from a memorable night.

Hosted by Mike Pickett, PGA, The Razz Invitational is held annually on a Sunday during the Fall and has built an incredible reputation in Ohio for being the best golf event all year! The heart of this event is to celebrate a philosophy called "The Razz Way of Life". In short, it means living every day to the fullest as if it were your last day on Earth, never giving up in anything you do, and enjoying life with your family and friends through golf.
The Razz began in 2008 with 20 of Mike's friends as they gathered at Aurora Golf and Country Club. The group wanted to try something different so various hole formats were created throughout a regular round of golf. The following year, Mike brought the event to the course that he ran as Director of Golf near Columbus, Cumberland Trail Golf Club. The Razz prospered over the next 5 years at Cumberland growing to what it has become today before being moved to its current home, Little Mountain Country Club in Concord, Ohio. Little Mountain has hosted the The Razz since 2014 where it continues to grow and host a full field year after year.
This unique event offers a completely different hole format for all 18 holes. Teams are formed in an ABCD format and every hole feels like its own round. Some of the Razz Signature Holes include ....
The Crapper- BLUE TEES- All players will play their own ball for this hole. The 2 WORST gross scores are added together to combine for the total team score for this hole. The toilet bowl lid that surrounded the cup cannot be moved or touched. You must use your putter while on the green (no divots out of the green!!!!).
Blind Man’s Bluff- BLUE TEES- All players play a normal 4-person scramble. When you are putting, you must close your eyes before setting up to the ball. You partners must line you up. The Blindfold is located next to the Green to use while putting!
Double Alternate Shot- BLUE TEES- The foursome will split into two Twosomes. Each twosome will play true alternate shot for the entire hole. The combined total of each team will be the total team score for that hole. True alternate shot means that only one member of each Twosome tees off. Play Hard!!!!
