What do you charge for your services?
Some of the pricing for our services is listed on the site. Other pricing is custom to the client or situation. Feel free to call or email us if you have specific questions. Our goal is to provide you with as much flexibility as possible!
How do I know that you will perform your services in conjunction with our needs?
PGS stands behind our performance which also includes making sure that we perform to our customers' needs and wants. Every client is looking for something different. While many of our services are done in a consistent and professional manner, we also work very closely with our customers to ensure that we meet their exact needs for any service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most of our services' payments are due at the time of service. We can accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or Paypal as forms of payment. There is a 3% processing fee added to any credit card payments.
How do I book you for one of your services?
That's simple, email or call us directly. Many of our services are performed in Ohio which has seasonality as it relates to availability. The earlier you contact us for our services, the better chance you have in locking down your important dates.
Do you carry Insurance?
PGS Staff is covered by our own insurance which means that facilities will not be responsible for any injury or damage that occurs to any PGS Staff Member or PGS property while on site at your facility.
Why should I use you?
There will be courses or clubs that may not benefit from our services and there is nothing wrong with that. However, we are here to make you look or perform better. We know what life is like in the golf business and the limited time that everyone has to complete the tasks necessary to provide the best experience possible. We are here to help you with that. The value in what we provide will allow you to further succeed in other areas of your business.
